Adela Zaharia, soprana născută la Arad și absolventă a Liceului de Artă Sabin Drăgoi din Arad, este nominalizată la prestigioasele „International Opera Awards” 2024, categoria „Female singer”.

International Opera Awards a fost fondată în 2013 de către Harry Hyman, un om de afaceri britanic, filantropist și susținător al operei, în parteneriat cu John Allison, editor la Opera Magazine. Scopul acestui eveniment este de a celebra excelența în operă și pentru a crește vizibilitatea fenomenului operistic în întreaga lume.
